How long is a gift card valid for?

A gift card is valid for 5 years from the point of issuing.

How will I receive my gift card?

The digital gift card will be emailed to the recipient email provided on the product page. If you wish to purchase a digital gift card for yourself, please input your own email in this field.

Can I send my gift card to someone else?

Yes, you can send your digital gift card to someone else by forwarding the email.

Can I use only part of my gift card's value?

Yes, you can use a part of your digital gift card for a purchase, and the remaining balance will be available for future use. You can check the balance at any time here.

What happens if the gift card balance isn't enough to cover my purchase?

If your digital gift card doesn't cover the full amount of your order, you can pay the remaining balance using another payment method at checkout.

Can I return the gift card?

Digital gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

What is the refund process for items purchased with a gift card?

For returned items originally purchased with a digital gift card, we'll issue your refund as a new digital gift card with the same value. Please note that refunds to other payment methods, like cash or bank transfer, are not available.
